Little Creative Factory SLU (hereinafter LCF) offers this B2B platform
service in order to facilitate the purchase of its garments and accessories
from anywhere in the world, at any time.
This document contains the terms and conditions that apply to all orders
placed at LCF’s B2B website wholesale.littlecreativefactory.com
(hereinafter B2B). By placing your order, you enter into an agreement with
us and accept our terms and conditions.

LCF reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The use of LCF’s B2B platform and purchases made online are subject to the
following terms and conditions.
By placing an order the user:
- Accepts that he has read and agrees with the following terms and
conditions;
- Declares to be at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or over the age of
majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, legally authorized to enter
into contractual obligations and able to use own means of payment;
- Will did not make fraudulent use of the website, contrary to the law or good
customs;
- Accepts that the Spanish legislation will govern any conflict with the
User
ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders placed on the B2B platform shall be approved by LCF with Confirmed
status.
Only orders with deposit payment received will be considered accepted by
LCF with Invoicing status.
PAYMENT TERMS
The terms of payment shall be those indicated by LCF on the relevant order
confirmation.
Terms of payment indicated by the Customer on the order form shall not be
binding for LCF, if not expressly accepted on the order confirmation, and
shall not be an essential part of the order if not expressly indicated in
writing on the same order form.
Once an order is fully accepted by LCF, after deposit payment, the Order
cannot be canceled.
In any case, the deposit payment is refundable by LCF.
Only after receiving the balance payment, the order will be dispatched.
In any case, the order payment is refundable, except by express approval by
LCF.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be added to your order.
All orders are shipped with an international courier company
International shipments outside the European Economic Community might incur
additional taxes, duties, or customs fees. LCF cannot control or predict
these additional costs that the customer may have to assume.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Orders are
prepared and dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTION
During the registration process at wholesale.littlecreativefactory.com you
will be required to register or provide your personal address information.
The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your
delivery address. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative
address please state that address in the checkout process. If you wish to
send products to more than one address, please place one order for each
address. You will be charged for shipping with each order. A tracking
number will be provided upon request. This number will allow you to track
your package at all times.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the case of Force Majeure, LCF obligations are compromised.
In such cases, LCF or customers can partially or fully end any obligations
related to the purchase process.
A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot,
governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity,
telephone or Internet service, natural disasters, or similar events.
Should these unexpected circumstances occur, LCF will do as much as it can
to resolve any issue.
FAULTY ITEMS
In case of faulty items contact LCF by mail
at: sales@littlecreativefactory.com no longer than 14 days from receipt of
items.
LCF will inform customers about the process to be followed for each
specific case.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK
LCF is the owner of the website wholesale.littlecreativefactory.com and its
contents. This includes documentation, images, characters, design, music,
software, codes, and format scripts. The material included in the website
LCF is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission,
republication, and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial
purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from
LCF.
LCF does not allow the use of the website’s contents or the trademark for
any other purpose than what is written above.
